You can create additional iPlum lines in a primary account. Each additional line has its own iPlum number and plan.
Primary reasons of adding additional lines
Give second line to other users in your organization and consolidate their billing.
Generate multiple iPlum numbers with different area codes.
Setup a main iPlum number to ring multiple phones/users by creating a virtual phone system.
Steps to add additional accounts
To add a new user in your primary account:
Login to iPlum portal and click “Additional Line”. Create a login with either mobile phone number or email (Landline or virtual numbers not allowed when adding new accounts).
The user will receive a link via mobile phone text or email.
Once the user clicks the link, it will take them to the web page to enter a new password.
The user is now connected to your administrator account.
You can assign the “Phone Plan” to the user using iPlum portal.
The user would download iPlum app, login and start using it.
To attach an existing iPlum Account to your Business Team Account:
Login to iPlum portal and click “Additional Line”. Enter user’s existing iPlum Login ID.
The user will receive a link.
Once the user clicks the link, it will connect to the administrator account.
You can login to the iPlum portal and assign the “Phone Plan” to the user.
The user will see the new iPlum number assigned to them in their iPlum app.
