How do I cancel, deactivate, disconnect, delete or stop my iPlum number account?


Resolve Any Issues Before Cancellation:


  1. Calling issues Configure voice network mode for incoming & outgoing calls instead of data.


  2. Reactivate a cancelled iPlum number: Reactivate your number.


  3. Can’t hear call ringing or receive texts: Check device settings.


  4. Don’t like your iPlum number: Change your number.


  5. Getting spam calls: Block spam numbers free.



Refund Policy:


All iPlum plans are prepaid non-refundable. You may cancel or downgrade your account at any time, and the cancellation or downgrade will take effect at the end of the billing cycle. There are no refunds or credits for partial usage. These includes usage credits, monthly/annual subscription plans, feature plans, port charges etc. Check details here here.

Due to individual privacy controls, cancellation is a self-service process. Please follow these steps based on where you purchased your subscription.

iPlum is constantly enhancing its platform with new features. Some old features may be retired as well. Telecommunications networks works in conjunction with other providers which may guide certain changes from time to time. iPlum is part of it. There is inherent dependency. There can be down time for telecommunication services. Any such changes will not be a reason for refunds.




Cancellation of number plan purchased at iPlum web portal or Google Play:


Important: Cancellation would delete all iPlum configurations. It is an irreversible process.


1. Login to https://my.iplum.com/

2. Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Cancel Line.

3. This will remove the phone number plan and any associated features for that line. It is an irreversible action.


Partial Cancellation of add-on feature plan/s purchased at iPlum web portal:


1. Login to https://my.iplum.com/

2. Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Plans.

Select the feature or number subscription plan you want to cancel.

Note: For partial cancellation of plans purchased via Apple App store or Google Play, please cancel it at those platforms.




Cancellation of plans purchased using Apple App Store:


Note: Apple doesn’t allow app vendors to cancel subscriptions for their users directly.

1. Login to your Apple App store Account on your computer or mobile device.

2. Go to Subscriptions & select iPlum app subscription. You can cancel it there.
