Refund Policy

iPlum plans are prepaid & non-refundable. All plans are set up to renew automatically using the payment method setup in your iPlum billing. You must cancel your account before it renews each month or year to avoid billing the next month's or year's fees. You may cancel or downgrade your account at any time, and the cancellation or downgrade will take effect at the end of the billing cycle. There are no refunds or credits for partial months or years.

There are no refunds for any one-time or recurring charges.

Porting: When a subscriber places a port in order at iPlum, it is subscriber's responsibility to provide correct information to facilitate port. Porting sets up a non-refundable subscription plan.  If for any reason your number can't be ported you can keep using the new iPlum number assigned during port process.  There are no refunds. A subscriber can port out their number by unlocking it at iPlum portal. There are mandatory one-time unlock fees payable in the iPlum portal which gets paid to the underlying carrier.  There is no partial refunds for the remaining period in case of port out.

Carriers may add surcharges for various telecommunication services from time to time, iPlum may pass that cost to the clients. There are no proration or refunds in this situation for the remaining term. There are no refunds for carrier TCR registrations or cancellations due to not completing TCR registrations or inability to do TCR registrations.

iPlum is constantly enhancing its platform with new features and some old features may be discontinued as well. Telecommunication networks work in conjunction with other providers which may guide certain changes from time to time. iPlum is part of it. There is inherent dependency.  There can be down time for telecommunication services. Any such changes will not be a reason for refunds.

If your account has been blocked or cancelled due to iPlum Acceptable usage policy, there are no refunds.
