I am not seeing the caller’s phone number during incoming calls OR I am seeing my own name for inbound calls instead of calling party?

  1. Please enable “contacts” permission for iPlum app on your iPhone or Android device settings. It is required for correct caller-id management.

  2. Check your device phone book. Make sure there is no contact created with your name & your iPlum number together.
