Why can’t I record audio for my iPlum message?

You can do this when you allow iPlum app to access your Microphone.  In iOS, simply go to Settings > iPlum app and grant access to Microphone and Audio settings. In any case you’ll need to do this for making phone calls. In Android, go to Settings > Device > Apps and find the iPlum app, and make the changes in the Permissions section.
