Toll-free texting requires registration since mobile carriers have made it mandatory to curb text spam in their mobile networks.
This is a new requirement across all vendors which provide texting features to their users. It is not a special requirement from iPlum.
Please fill in all the relevant information about your toll-free texting. It is submitted for the carrier approval. It takes between 2-5 business days (weekends & holidays excluded) to enable texting after you have filled in the form.
Login to iPlum web portal https://my.iplum.com with administrator credentials.
Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the Toll-free Line || “Settings” || Edit “Text Options” || Toll Free Messaging Approval || Click “Apply Now”.
