Text Error – Text registration missing

What does this error mean?

Your phone number is missing TCR registration required for sending text to external number.

Effective May 30, 2023, all US mobile carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and others) have mandated virtual line users to register their accounts for texting to any US mobile number. According to carriers, this is done to prevent spam in their networks and improve text deliverability by increasing trust for approved virtual numbers. iPlum provides you an interface to submit your texting application. iPlum does not make a decision to approve or reject it.

Note: You can use iPlum secure channel texting which doesn't need TCR registration when text is sent from iPlum to iPlum using secure channel.

Steps for TCR registration :

Login to iPlum online portal with your administrator credentials.
