How to change a sub-account to be primary account?

There are situations when you may need to change one of your sub-accounts to be the primary login-id administrator of the account.

Important: If you have setup a phone tree and change the primary account, it will reset all phone tree settings. You will setup the new phone tree on the iPlum number which becomes your new primary account.

1. Go to the web page https://my.iplum.com.  
2. Login as administrator:
   Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || More || Set as Primary Line.
   ‍
   
This action will logout the existing user and change the administrator account to the new login -id.
