How to reassign a line to a different user?

There are situations when you need to reassign a line to a different user or simply change login ID.

Go to the web page https://my.iplum.com.
Login as administrator:
Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || More || Reassign Line. You can change the login-id to a different mobile phone number or email address. The system will send a verification code to the new login-id for confirmation. The previous user will be logged out. Here you can also change the name & email address.
