Voicemail Settings
Login iPlum portal https://my.iplum.com/.
Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Settings || Voicemail. Click SETTINGS tab.
Voicemail: Use the toggle switch to enable or disable voicemail on your iPlum line.
Voicemail Transcription Plan: The default voicemail has 15 voicemail storage capacity with no transcription. You can get enhanced voicemail plan for $4.99/mo with larger capacity of 100 voicemail storage and audio to text transcription services.
Ringing Time: Select either 15 or 20 seconds. If you want to send calls directly to voicemail without ringing, select “Do Not Disturb”.
Voicemail To Email Alerts: Toggle ON if you want to receive alerts for voicemails.
Note: Check the box if you want to exclude calling number in email alerts for privacy and security compliance.
Set Additional Emails For Voicemail Alerts: Enter additional emails to send voicemail alerts separated by semicolon.
Note: Check the box if you have purchased Enhanced Voicemail plan but you want to exclude audio file and transcription in email alerts for privacy and security compliance.
