How to change or update password?

If you don't remember your existing password:

At login screen simply click “Forgot Password”. The system will send you a text to your login-id phone number and an email with reset password link. The reset password link normally has couple hours validity for security purposes.

If you know your existing password:

Login https://my.iplum.com .Click the Small icon at top right corner, it will have an option to “Change Password”.
