Scheduling features
You can schedule any number text for a single contact or multiple contacts to be sent in future.
Scheduling works for all types of text, multimedia.
It works for groups, broadcast or secure texting.
You can use text templates for scheduling text.
How to setup text scheduling
Login online web portal https://my.iplum.com/
Dashboard || Texting.
Click "New Text" icon, enter your text and the contact. Or schedule text in an existing conversation.
Click "Clock" icon near the send button. Here you can setup time to send this text in future (15 minutes or more in future).
How to delete a scheduled text?
Login online web portal https://my.iplum.com/
Dashboard || Texting.
You will see the tabbed bar in the middle, the last tab is "Scheduled".
Once you select it, you will see conversations which have scheduled text in the middle section. Go to the conversation which has the scheduled text you want to delete.
On your right panel for that conversation, you will see scheduled text below the purple line. Click small arrow on the line to expand it to see your scheduled text/s below it.
Hover over a text that needs to be deleted.
Click the three dots || Delete || Confirm.
