I can't see my iPlum phone number after purchase?

Once you have purchased an iPlum Phone number, it will show up at the top in iPlum app under Contacts.  It is also located in iPlum Settings >> My iPlum Account

In some rare cases, the app may not get an immediate response from the server after you bought an iPlum number.

Simply logout & then log back into the iPlum app to see the assigned phone number:
Logout is available in iPlum Settings.

iOS App: If you still don’t see the iPlum number, please follow these steps to get a new number:
iPlum Settings >> Utilities & Support >> Restore iTunes Receipt
iPlum Settings >> My iPlum Account >> Get Number.  Enter App store ID.  It will detect your purchase and not charge you again.
