I can’t see my iPlum phone number after purchase?

In some rare cases, the app may not get a response from the server after you bought an iPlum number.

Simply logout & then log back into the iPlum app to see the assigned phone number:
iPlum Settings >> My iPlum Account >> Logout

Once you have purchased an iPlum Phone number, it will show up at the top in iPlum app under Contacts. It is also located in iPlum Settings >> My iPlum Account

If you still don’t see it, please forward us the receipt of the purchase using iPlum App Help Section & we will immediately look into for you.
