Once you have purchased an iPlum Phone number, it will show up at the top in iPlum app under Contacts. It is also located in iPlum Settings >> My iPlum Account
In some rare cases, the app may not get an immediate response from the server after you bought an iPlum number.
Simply logout & then log back into the iPlum app to see the assigned phone number: iPlum Settings >> My iPlum Account >> Logout
iOS App: If you still don’t see the iPlum number, please follow these steps to get a new number:
iPlum Settings >> Help & Support >> Restore iTunes Receipt
iPlum Settings >> My iPlum Account >> Get Number. Enter iTunes ID. It will detect your purchase and not charge you again.
