How to hold a call with music?
After you receive a call on any extension via Auto Attendant (IVR), you can put the caller on hold by pressing *8 (star 8).
You can un-hold the call by again pressing *8.
Both parties will hear music.
Note: If you are using call recording, it is advisable to press Mute button because recording will record all sounds in the recording irrespective of hold.
