What does this error mean?

You have an old deprecated plan on this iPlum phone number. To use bidirectional texting, please update to latest number plan. Check latest plans here.

How to update plan?

Login to iPlum online portal with your administrator credentials.

Go to Dashboard || Users || Click iPlum Login ID of the Line || Plans || Number Plan || Manage.

Note: If your plan was purchased using iPlum web portal or Google Play, you can only use above steps to update number plan. If you have purchased your current number plan at Apple iTunes, you can either update it there or use above steps in iPlum portal.
