Text Error - Insufficient Credits

What does this error mean?

There are three cases for this error:

a) If you have Measured iPlum plan, you may be out of usage credits.
You can buy additional credits either in the iPlum app Settings or online at iPlum portal.

You can also upgrade your monthly measured plan to unlimited plan.

b) If you have Unlimited iPlum plan for US or Canada, and you are sending text in your plan country. It has reached fair Usage threshold. You can buy additional credits either in the iPlum app Settings or online at iPlum portal.

c) If you have Unlimited iPlum plan for US or Canada, but you are sending text outside your plan country. You can buy global credits either in the iPlum app Settings or online at iPlum portal.

How to make sure you never miss any call/text if you finish your monthly allocated credits?

Auto-Load: Login to iPlum portal https://my.iplum.com and enable Auto-Load option in “Billing” section.

This will allow the system to load one-time usage credits when the plan credits get exhausted, and those same credits will be subsequently used as “overlay” for that number subscription plan for 1 year whenever you have used your allocated monthly usage plan credits.

1 credit = 1 cent (2,000 credits for $20)
