How to reactivate, reinstate or reestablish a cancelled iPlum phone number?

A) Local US or Canada Number Reactivation

Reactivation is a privilege program to help our users.



Your iPlum number could be cancelled due to any reason like lost or change of credit card, email change, travels, plan expiration etc. The one-time $9.99 fee is paid out to reactivate your cancelled local number and it is mandatory.


Note: If you have multi-user iPlum account and if the cancelled number was setup on a sub-account, you will always login as master account and reactivate the sub-account cancelled number.


Automated Reactivation Within 45 Days:

Login https://my.iplum.com

Click “Dashboard || Accounts || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Reactivate Line ”

Enter the iPlum number you want to reactivate and follow the steps. There is a one-time fee of $9.99 to reactivate a local iPlum number. You will reestablish the new plan while reactivating the number. The previous plan gets cancelled when the number was cancelled.



Manual Reactivation:

If automated reactivation process doesn’t work for you for any reason or the local number cancellation is more than 45 days, we can try a manual reactivation to help you.

Make a one-time payment for manually recovery. https://iplum.com/blog/faq/payment-2499/

Open a ticket online using Contact-us form and send us the above payment transaction ID along with iPlum phone number you want reactivated.

Once the number is recovered, we will ask you to setup a monthly or annual subscription to swap the recovered number into it.

If we are not able to recover it, we will refund the above recovery fees.

Click “Dashboard || Accounts || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Reactivate Line ”

Enter the iPlum toll-free number you want to reactivate and follow the steps. There is a one-time fee of $19.99 to reactivate a toll-free iPlum number. You will reestablish the new plan while reactivating the number. The previous plan gets cancelled when the number was cancelled.

Note: If the number is available for automated activation, it will be reactivated immediately otherwise it can take up to 48 hours. You will get an email when it is complete.
