I am not seeing my voicemails in the app?

You have received an email from iPlum alerting you about a voicemail but you don’t see that in your iPlum app.

  1. The voicemail may not have downloaded in the app due to device connectivity. Simply logout of the app & log back in. Logout is available in iPlum Settings.

  2. Make sure you have enough usage credits in your account so that your external callers can call you.
