Login to iPlum web portal https://my.iplum.com.
In the left bar menu, click “Billing”. Add your payment method here. If you have set up multiple payment sources, select the one you want to use as “Default”.
If you are currently setup with iTunes or Google Play, you can move it to web billing:
In the left bar menu, click “Accounts” || Select Line || Manage Plans || Number Plan || Change
Here select the new plan and follow the prompts to complete the purchase. We have both monthly and annual plans available. The system will not move your subscription to iPlum portal until you make this purchase because iTunes & Google Play are different billing systems than iPlum portal.
Important: After you have successfully moved iPlum subscription to the web portal, you should cancel the subscription at Apple iTunes/Google Play so that you are not billed twice. iPlum doesn’t have access to your iTunes or Google Play account for cancellations.
Reactivate canceled number:
If your number was cancelled due to any reason within last 30 days you can Reactivate it. by following steps listed at the FAQ.
