Where to setup Do Not Disturb?
Settings || Do Not Disturb, Non-Business Hours
Online iPlum Portal:
Dashboard || Accounts || Click iPlum Login ID of the User || Do Not Disturb, Non-Business Hours.
Enable the toggle switch to select for Calls and/or Text & Notifications.
Example: You can setup Non-Business hours here:
Mon to Fri: From = 5 PM & To = 9 AM
Sat & Sun: All DayAdvanced Setting
There are additional controls to eliminate your iPlum number for all calls during DND time even stop the calls to going to voicemail. These setting are useful especially when you are using DND in conjunction with IVR in an extension where there are multiple numbers and you want the calls to route to main voicemail instead of personal voicemail when DND is setup for a line.Do I need to keep my app open to manage Do Not Disturb?
No. Your iPlum app doesn’t have to be open. The DND works automatically from the cloud.
